Up to 10 entries can be submitted 2 weeks prior to Nationals or Internationals week.

Each judges will score on authenticity of appearances, money raised for non-profits & personalization of binder.

Each appearance will be scored as a Zero or a One with Max Score of 10. if you submit 6 for example, the Max you can get is a 6. they will then score overall 1-10 for a combined score of 20 with their Overall score 1-10. Their Overall score will take into account the binder, financial impact raised for your platform or others and the authenticity of the appearances as a whole throughout your entire reign. (However long that may have been). This is why we encourage you to sign up early, but the time will not be judged. It will be the actual work. If you are in a situation where you cannot take a photo with what you are volunteering for, get creative! Explain your journey, explain how you are making an impact in your community. We want to see you in your crown and sash, however we do know it goes beyond that. That is why we suggest an even submission between 5 appearances and 5 charity.

7 Judges in all areas of Competition in which include Interviews, Prelims (if we have Prelims), Optionals that are included in your Entry Fee and Finals. A separate panel of Judges will be introduced for PAID optionals that are NOT mandatory with your Entry Fee to give our Official Judges a break. High Low will not be dropped and will will have an odd number of Judges no matter what. (5)

On Stage Question for Top 5 ONLY – Top 3 if there are only 3 in your Division for any reason.

Scored 1-20 • High Low Dropped • Replaces Platform & Bio Sheet score of 15%. Platform & Bio Sheet score will NOT carry over after the Top 5 is announced. Again, On Stage Question for Top 5 or Top 3 replaces Bio Sheet and Platform again for 15%. More details to be announced depending on how many contestants we have.

We will announce by September 2024 if we need to have prelims. For right now, we are breaking up optionals and awards only.

Interview Scores break ties. Gown would be the next tie breaker after Interview and so on with how it is weighted.

Optionals will be the day before with a separate panel of Judges ONLY for Optionals that are not Mandatory. All Mandatory Optionals that come with your Entry Fee WILL BE SCORED by the Official Judges Panel or determined by their scores. 

Awards night and or Prelims will be the day before Finals. *All is Subject to Change* but if there are any changes, we will notify you immediately. 

If there is only a Top 3, we will call only the winner, no 1st Runner Up will be called. We do not want to leave one person standing in that situation and hope you can understand why. However, that 1st Runner Up and 2nd Runner Up are still in the running for the highest scores in the Pageant for the Diplomat & Ambassador titles. These titles also go to Internationals to compete. Please see the breakdown for more details on our Titleholder Portal.

USA Revolutionary Diplomat – National Level or Countries outside of the US with their Country in the Title

The HIGHEST SCORE in each Division will win the MAIN TITLE OF USA. The NEXT HIGHEST SCORE THAT IS NOT A WINNER, (which is the  OVERALL HIGHEST SCORE in the ENTIRE PAGEANT outside of the Winners) WILL BE CROWNED Ms USA Revolutionary Diplomat.

This Titleholder WILL WIN THEIR ENTRY TO COMPETE AT INTERNATIONALS. They will also receive a Secondary Prize Package, Crown, Sash and again their entry fee PAID to compete at Internationals.

USA Revolutionary Ambassador

The HIGHEST SCORE in each Division will win the MAIN TITLE OF USA. The NEXT HIGHEST SCORE THAT IS NOT A WINNER, (which is the  OVERALL HIGHEST SCORE in the ENTIRE PAGEANT outside of the Winners) WILL BE CROWNED Ms Revolutionary Diplomat which is the Highest 1st Runner Up score in the Entire Pageant. The NEXT HIGHEST SCORE THAT IS NOT A WINNER AND NOT THE HIGHEST 1ST RUNNER UP will be the HIGHEST SCORING 2ND RUNNER UP in the Entire Pageant. So again, just to be clear, this winner is the Highest score out of all 2nd Runner Ups in the Entire Pageant. This person will be crowed USA Revolutionary Ambassador.

This Titleholder WILL ALSO WIN THEIR ENTRY TO COMPETE AT INTERNATIONALS. They will be treated as a National Level Titleholder. They will also receive a Secondary Prize Package, Crown, Sash. Ambassador crown distinction at USA level is Green.

Contestants may decline this but we will need to know before contract signing the next day. The person next in line will be notified to be ready if you chose not to take the title for any reason. All prize packages will be passed down to the next highest score in the Pageant. Please be aware that this takes away from this winner being crowned on stage and be prepared to know your answer if you are taking the title. 

For Nationals, there is not a Non-Compete. For International Titles, including the Diplomat title, there WILL be at Non-Compete if you win. 

Revolutionary Diplomat – International Level

The HIGHEST SCORE in each Division will win the MAIN TITLE OF USA. The NEXT HIGHEST SCORE THAT IS NOT A WINNER, (which is the  OVERALL HIGHEST SCORE in the ENTIRE PAGEANT outside of the Winners) WILL BE CROWNED Ms Revolutionary Diplomat.

This Titleholder WILL WIN THEIR ENTRY TO RE-COMPETE AT INTERNATIONALS. They will also receive a Secondary Prize Package, Crown, Sash and again their entry fee PAID to come back and compete at Internationals which is to return the next Pageant year. 

Contestants may decline this but we will need to know before contract signing the next day. The person next in line will be notified to be ready if you chose not to take the title for any reason. All prize packages will be passed down to the next highest score in the Pageant. Please be aware that this takes away from this winner being crowned on stage and be prepared to know your answer if you are taking the title. For Nationals, there is not a Non-Compete. Just a reminder, all USA level titles that are Inaugural with us for the first calendar year, will be crowned their new America Titles for the 2024 year ONLY. After the first year, our 1st Runner Ups in every division will be crowned the America Title sending TWO representatives from the United States to Internationals every year. This is so we can have brand recognition this year now before our National and International Pageants. We can offer a discount for those looking to take those titles at large, including other Countries and we also are looking for Directorships outside of the US or to represent the 7 Continents.  USA Inaugural Titleholders will receive TWO sashes during their reign. We understand this may be confusing to some, but it is how we chose to allow the USA Queens to help out with Nationals this year and still be able to compete alongside who they crown. Going forward with the 1st Runners Up going to compete as well which will be different and then their Prize Package will not be the same as the main titleholders are the USA titles will have more perks for being in 1st Place in their respective divisions. Judges will be made aware of this change just for the 1st year and they will know not to hold it against them or look at it as an advantage. This will be discussed on our Judges workshop which also is going to ensure that we have a fair judging process for all who are participating.

BODY POSITIVITY • “Ms Love Your Body” Title presented by Dani D Fitness • Competition Details TBA  – Optional $100 – This title does earn their way to compete at Internationals and can be double crowned. If you win this optional and win your division, your hotel for Internationals will be paid for as well as your entry fee. If this winner does not win their division, their entry fee is paid to Internationals. More details on what this competition will include to be announced in April of 2024. Love Your Body crown distinction at USA & International level is Blue.

Question, Pitch & Speech Competition – Optional $50 – You will fill out a question prior to competition. That answer will be provided to the judges. Your pitch on stage is a maximum of 3 minutes long. You will hear a sound at the 3 minute mark. You may finish your sentence, but must not take long. Any additional speaking after the sound outside of that will result in a deduction of points.

OPTIONALS THAT DO NOT COME WITH YOUR ENTRY FEE WILL BE ANOTHER PANEL OF JUDGES OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICIAL JUDGES FOR THE COMPETITION. PRIZE PACKAGE, TROPHY & SASH FOR THESE WINNERS. WE WILL HAVE A SEPARATE PANEL OF JUDGES THAT YOU WILL BE MADE AWARE OF FOR OPTIONALS. THESE OPTIONALS THAT ARE PAID ARE NOT MANDATORY AND HAVE NO BEARING ON THE OUTCOME OF YOUR SCORE. AGAIN, THIS SECONDARY SET OF JUDGES WILL BE ANNOUNCED TO THE PUBLIC PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. OTHER AWARDS THAT ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR ENTRY FEE ARE SCORED BY THE OFFICIAL PAGEANT JUDGES.

We will be using Pageant Planet for scoring for each Judge that will electronically enter the scores and will be formulated immediately. The Judges will also have to mark their same score on a hard copy that will be collected by our official auditors that will be announced prior to the pageant of an Official accounting firm. We are deciding to make scores available for the National Level but not at the International Level. The option of having your scores printed on the spot might be added for a fee that can be paid there at the Pageant to our Auditors or you can wait for them to be delivered electronically for FREE from the Pageant Office within a week of the Pageant. This is still to be confirmed, but what we are aiming to provide to continue to be as transparent and fair as possible. This will take time and additional efforts so please understand that human errors can still happen and we are doing everything in our power to make this a fair system that will make any mistake right / share it to the public with an announcement. The Auditors will double check Tally Genie manually with the hand written scores and cross check for any errors. If an Auditor sees an error or cannot read a score, they will be required to have a witness directly asked the Judge to clarify. NO PAGEANT STAFF WILL BE INVOLVED IN THIS PROCESS WHATSOEVER. THE ONLY TIME IS IF AN AUDITOR MAY HAVE A QUESTION FOR THE DIRECTOR OR CEO OF THE PAGEANT, BUT THE SCORES BY NO MEANS WILL BE SHARED WITH THE DIRECTOR OR ANY OF THE PAGEANT STAFF OR SPONSORS. THE DIRECTOR, CEO, PAGEANT STAFF, SPONSORS, FRIENDS AND OR FAMILY OF THE PAGEANT STAFF WILL NOT HAVE ANY INFLUENCE OF THE WINNERS OR THE FINAL SCORE OF THE PAGEANT. THE ONLY AWARDS CHOSEN BY STAFF ARE LISTED ABOVE.
